Testing and Failure Investigation

We do some of the testing ourselves but also work with 3rd party test houses to gather data and then process the data in-house to:

• Calculate fatigue lives - From strain gauge measurements

• Quantify vibration environments - From accelerometer measurements

• Help calibrate simulation models - Using both accelerometers and strain gauges

• Wear Prediction - From thickness probes and 3D Scans etc.
